  5. Pictures will not be digitally manipulated.
  6. Pictures will not contain paedophilic material, bestiality, faeces or otherwise obscene material.
  7. Uploaded pictures can be used by the webmaster to promote the website.
  8. The webmaster has the right to cancel/delete/block an account, comment, picture or any other website component as he sees fit.
  9. Comments posted to the site will be respectful of other people, and will not be inflamatory.
  10. Comments posted to the site do not reflect the opinion of the webmaster.
  11. Multiple accounts for the use of manipulating scores is prohibited.
  12. Provision of the service is at the discretion of the webmaster.
  13. Automated downloaders and hotlinking will not be used on the site.
  14. The User shall NOT send credit card details to RateMyDick.org by e-mail or any other publically intercerptable means, electronically or otherwise. All credit card transactions should be processed through ccBill or Epoch.com. RateMyDick.org cannot be held responsible for the security of, or the misuse of, credit card or other personal information
  15. RateMyDick.org reserves the right to immediately terminate a User's account and service for any unpaid (in whole or part) subscriptions (with or without notice). Termination of service in no ways relieves or excuses the User from any obligation to pay outstanding charges or expenses
  16. The User is responsible for any and all fixed and accumulative charges for this account
